Central Sterile Technician

The Central Sterile Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the readiness and safety of surgical instruments and equipment. This position involves the cleaning, sterilization, and preparation of surgical tools and supplies, contributing to the overall patient care process.

Schedule:

• 40 Hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Certification in Central Sterile Processing (CRCST) or Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA CST)
• License/Certificate Verification as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in inventory management of sterile supplies
• Monitor and document sterilization processes
• Collaborate with surgical teams to identify their needs for procedures
• Participate in quality assurance activities
