Plans and oversees detailed engineering scope; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Manages all Earned Value Management controls to ensure timely execution, updated status and continued forecasts to completion. Statuses project scope and progress to program management, customer stakeholders and external/internal reviewers. Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Understanding of project management and/or earned value managementExperience with planning tools including Microsoft ProjectExperience using Microsoft Office Suite applications. Familiarity with data analysis, metrics collection, and reportingCandidate must have strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships.Candidate must be a US Citizen with with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearanceDesired SkillsDemonstrated experience in project management and execution including: schedule development, resource management, budget management, scope management, progress tracking and reporting, and analysis of metricsPrior CAM/EVMS experienceProficiency with MS ProjectExperience with OpenPlan Ability to build reports utilizing TableauSelf-starter with a positive attitude and strong communication skillsExperience developing and/or reviewing Basis Of Estimate (BOEs) in support of contract modifications or impact assessmentsExperience managing and/or negotiating contract proposals Active security clearanceProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practicePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
