As an Assistant Manager, you are the leader of the Scenthound pack! You'll be responsible for driving membership sales, leading a team, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves dogs, and is eager to grow.

What you'll do:

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care.
• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and service team.
• Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence.
• Ensure a safe and positive experience for all dogs and customers.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) average ticket price, rebook ratio, and retail sales.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitary standards.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and high-energy team culture.
