Warehouse Clerk

Reporting to the Warehouse Lead the Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for carrying out all common and scheduled activities of the weekly planning.

Major Responsibilities

• Report directly tothe WarehouseLeads.
• Carryoutall tasksphysically andaccurately.
• Keep the warehouse area safe, clean,tidyand orderly.
• Check and inspect stockitemsfor wear ordamage, andreportsanydiscrepanciestothewarehouse leads.
• Adhere to and applythe 5s,SOP,andLeanobjectives.
• Support ethical and professional complianceofall company policies and procedures.
• May be asked to use the company van to transport parts, materials and finished goods to and from third parties.

Tasks include:

• Receive,checkand move materials to the requested location
• Mark all materials with identifying information (stickers/labels)
• Independently print stickers and labels for markingpurposes
• Using (electric) tools to get materials in/out of crates
• Pickand packoutgoing materials,consideringweights and measures
• Receiveand put back on shelves anyreturn shipment of rental projects
• Load,unloadand movematerialsusing forklift, reach truck and/or overhead crane
• Sort and placegoods on racks, shelves or in boxes according to a predetermined order, such asmaterial number and/or size, type, colour, etc.
• Allother common and relevant warehouserelated tasks.

Job SpecificEducationRequired

(Equivalent of)secondaryvocationaleducation (MBO) or higher.

WorkExperienceRequired

2-3 years Warehouse experience with forklift certification.

• Clerical skills in order processing and data retrievalusing oursoftware system SAP.
• Teamwork, initiative,andself-motivationskills.
• Ableto sit, stand, walk, reach, bend,stoop, and move about the facility.
• Capableoflifting 0 – 25kgregularly usingpersonal protective equipment as required by OSHA / Company policy.
• Goodworkethics, understand and promote the need for efficiency.
• Understand and promote the need forcontinualimprovement.
• Effective verbal and/or written communication skills in Dutch,andpreferablyinEnglishtoo.
• Punctual,reliable,andflexiblewitha good sense ofhumourat all times.
• Committed to adhering to all Company policies and procedures as outlined in the GeneralPolicy and Procedures manual/Handbook.
