A highly respected AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its growing Florida platform in Miami, Boca Raton, or Palm Beach. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated middle-market and high-value corporate transactions within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
The firm is seeking a motivated attorney with strong transactional experience who is interested in working closely with business clients, private companies, investors, and management teams across a broad range of industries.
The RoleAssociates in this position may work on matters involving:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Corporate governance and entity formation
- Private equity transactions
- Commercial contracts and business agreements
- Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
- Financing and capital transactions
- General outside counsel advisory work for businesses
Attorneys will have significant client interaction and the opportunity to work directly with partners on sophisticated transactional matters.
Ideal Background- 3–7 years of corporate and transactional experience
- Experience handling M&A, commercial transactions, and general corporate matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Florida Bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
- Sophisticated middle-market and high-value transactional work
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative culture

Compensation: $220,000–$340,000 DOE
