IT Financial Analyst

Dynamic Manufacturer is seeking an IT Financial Analyst with a base salary of up to $100,000 plus a monthly bonus of up to 20% and full benefits. We are a global organization focused on developing solutions for material handling and related industries. Our technology enables equipment to operate more effectively across a wide range of applications. This is a permanent, full‑time, on‑site role (hybrid option) located in Portland, Oregon. The successful candidate will manage IT budgets, oversee RFIs/RFPs, and ensure proper utilization of ERP systems. Overseeing the process of RFIs and RFPs, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor management. Utilizing ERP systems to manage and analyze financial data, and to support strategic decision‑making processes. Monitoring IT spending to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines and company objectives. Developing and maintaining the annual IT budget, including forecasting and variance analysis. Reconciling financial discrepancies and providing timely and accurate financial reports to management. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in ERP systems and IT cost management. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems, and ability to manage and negotiate with IT vendors. Excellent financial analysis skills, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ability to reconcile financial discrepancies and prepare accurate and timely financial reports. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
