Project Management Office - Business Data Analyst

Job Summary The Business Data Analyst supports healthcare operations through performance monitoring, data analysis, business process documentation, and small‑scale project execution. This role is responsible for tracking key operational, clinical, and financial KPIs; developing dashboards and reports; and translating data into actionable insights for leadership. The position partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to document and improve business processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and lead smaller projects from planning through completion. Education Required: High School Diploma Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree Experience 3 years experience in Healthcare, IT, and/or Project Management with High School Diploma; or 2 years experience in Healthcare, IT, and/or Project Management with an associate degree; or 1 year of experience in Healthcare, IT, and/or Project Management with a bachelor's degree. Basic understanding of project management concepts and healthcare or IT environments is required.
