SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for a caring, reliable caregiver who can speak Mandarin or Chinese to support a client in the Thousand Oaks / Simi Valley area. Language skills are important for this role so the caregiver can communicate clearly with the client and family.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide non-medical support, companionship, and social engagement

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide medication reminders

• Support clients with mobility and assist with transfers when needed

• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry

• Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and the office team

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering assigned shifts

Requirements:

• Mandarin, Cantonese, or Chinese language skills preferred/required for this client assignment

• Must be able to work in Thousand Oaks or Simi Valley

• Current California Home Care Aide registration preferred, or ability to obtain

• Must be able to pass Live Scan background check and be listed as Active

• Current TB test preferred, or ability to obtain

• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance when applicable

• CNA, CPR, and First Aid certifications are not required, but are a plus
