People Incorporated of Virginia is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Weatherization Crew member. Duties include installing insulation products in residences, loading and unloading trucks, minor home repairs and diagnostic testing. Training and equipment are provided. DHCD requires training once in position. The position is based primarily in Washington County, VA

• You have basic carpentry skills
• You enjoy learning new methods and techniques
• You possess good recordkeeping skills
• You are able to drive a large van.
• You have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
