We are seeking a skilled Bartender to support a full beverage program featuring classic cocktails and beer in a casual dining environment. Reporting to the restaurant manager, this role will deliver friendly, efficient guest service during high-volume service while preparing quality beverages, processing payments, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked bar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks and mix classic cocktails
- Take guest orders and provide attentive, professional service
- Process payments accurately
- Stock and organize bar supplies and inventory
- Support beer and full beverage program operations
- Complete opening and closing procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixology
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of alcohol safety compliance
- Cash-handling experience
- Inventory management experience
