This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers. Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus: * Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!* Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures. Benefits including: * Comprehensive, day one benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision and CME as an employee of Mercy!* Retirement plans available with employer contribution and matching options* Relocation package (if applicable) and professional liability coverage provided* As a not-for-profit system, Mercy qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)* Work in our beautiful state-of-the-art centers that are provider/patient-friendly and equipped with imaging, labs and an advanced EMR that is fully integrated with Mercy!* Modern, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and advanced EMR integrated with Mercy (Epic)* Collaborative, supportive staffing including Rad Techs, highly trained Medical Assistants,* Part of one of the nation’s fastest-growing urgent care networks MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a provider in a family medicine, emergency medicine, peds, or urgent care.* Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)* Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)* Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required* Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP) ABOUT MERCY-GOHEALTH URGENT CARE: At GoHealth Urgent Care, we GO above and beyond for our patients, communities and team members to ensure effortless, personal and connected experiences.
