Finance Intern

Financial Analyst Intern We are seeking a financial analyst intern with a focus on accounts payable and supporting other responsibilities relating to accounting and treasury. Candidate will be working with the accounting team with multiple emphasis reporting the regional accounting manager. Responsibilities include: Review, assemble, input, employee expenditure records and incoming bills for the required documentation before payment is made Ensure coding for the befitting expense accounts Obtain and validate invoices for suitable authorization and documentation approval Ensure good working relationship with vendors and acknowledge queries Assist in handling and processing of emails for the accounts payable unit Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential Monitor cash balance and recommend for necessary cash funding Support adhoc requests as needed generating reports and/or analysis Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
