Lead Teller

KeyBank - 527 Chartiers Avenue - Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day duties for the branch teller line, including scheduling of tellers, observing, and providing coaching to tellers to enhance effectiveness; Lead and coach tellers to resolve complex client servicing issues and improve client experience; Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy in teller transactions within balancing guidelines; Support onboarding and training of new tellers in the branch; Promote branch product and service knowledge and assist in achieving sales targets
