Client Advisory Accounting StaffWe are looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving business challenges, and is eager to partner with clients to transform financial data into meaningful insights that support better decisions, improved operations, and long-term success.Examples of the duties:Assist in the preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.Help clients maintain timely and accurate financial records including recording of transactions in ledgers, preparing and reviewing trial balances and financial statements.Identify trends, variances, and areas of concern within client financial information and communicate findings to leaders.Assist clients with accounting technology solutions, including software implementation, training, troubleshooting, and optimization of QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage and related applications.Support advisory engagements by helping clients strengthen accounting processes, improve financial reporting workflows, establish efficient operating procedures and address business challenges through practical, value-added recommendations.Collaborate with team members to develop process improvements that increase efficiency and improve client service delivery.Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive and responsive communication.Stay current on accounting standards, industry trends, technology solutions and firm processes.Job Description: Client Advisory Accounting Staff at Christianson partner with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate financial information, meaningful analysis, and proactive advisory support.
