Stock Team Member - Kirkland’s Home - Part Time Overview The primary responsibility of a Stock Team Member is to assist with freight flow process, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. This position requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency. Responsibilities Assist in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom. Assemble product, execute markdowns and salesfloor replenishment. Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during shifts. Takes personal accountability for individual performance. Treat co-workers and customers with respect and professionalism; support company branding by adhering to dress code. Demonstrate support for company initiatives. Ensure shipment is processed in an effective and timely manner during every shift. Maintain a professional, positive, can‑do attitude at all times. Energetic, results‑oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Availability for weekends, holidays and evenings. Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals. Schedule flexibility to meet store business needs (often early mornings and off hours). Lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly. Climb ladders.
