Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs are welcome to apply
• Previous experience working within a school or pediatric environment is a plus
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services within classroom and pull-out settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer advocacy, education, and resources to school staff and families
