The ideal candidate is a team player who loves working with children, communicates effectively with parents and caregivers, and is eager to grow their skills through mentorship and continuing education. Schedule Full time - Monday-Thursday 8AM - 5PM Monthly Scheduled Fridays Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional oral hygiene care and patient education tailored to pediatric needs. Perform radiographs and ensure adherence to infection control procedures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide care for children, including those with special healthcare needs. Communicate effectively with patients, parents, guardians, and caregivers. Support a positive, organized, and efficient clinical workflow. Requirements Proficiency in taking radiographs and understanding infection control protocols. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience working with patients with cognitive and developmental challenges is a plus. Ability to engage and educate children and families in a friendly, approachable manner. Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and able to manage time efficiently. Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist License for the state of Alabama. CPR certification.
