The Auto Glass Helper / Installer plays a crucial role in supporting the installation and repair of automotive glass by assisting technicians and ensuring a smooth workflow. Working primarily within small teams, this position involves handling glass materials, preparing vehicles, and maintaining tools to uphold safety and quality standards. This role requires flexibility for occasional local travel and is geared towards day shifts, offering 24-32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transport automotive glass safely
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for glass installation
• Maintain and organize installation tools and equipment
• Assist customers moderately during service processes
• Clean and organize worksite after installations
• Support technicians during installation and repair tasks
• Manage inventory and supply materials as needed
• Assist with ADAS calibration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in auto glass installation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
