Responsibilities Oversee assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals; delegate tasks; follow up and report results to teams and other managers. Guest Service Department Manager – ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions correctly, train service staff in procedures, and keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service. Kitchen Department Manager – deliver high‑quality food quickly, maintain food safety, control food costs, train kitchen staff in production procedures, and incorporate new menu items. People Department Manager – hire qualified crew, train them, schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate the crew throughout their tenure.
