We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Bluefield, Virginia. Your Role Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care designed to restore function and maximize outcomes. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources to ensure coordinated care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing technology designed to support clinician efficiency. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Deliver therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual techniques, and patient education. Monitor patient performance and communicate progress toward goals with the Physical Therapist. Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and independence. Complete timely documentation while contributing to an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications Physical Therapist (PT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills. Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
