• Ensure the accuracy of guest accounts by meticulously reviewing and reconciling daily transactions.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage reservations, ensuring all guest requests and preferences are noted and fulfilled.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records, preparing reports that reflect the day's activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
• Monitor hotel security and safety protocols during night shifts, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff.

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to efficiently manage financial records and reconcile transactions with precision.
