What You'll Do As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Navigate multiple CRM, order management, and communication platforms simultaneously to research and resolve customer concerns. Process customer orders, updates, and transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Verify, update, and maintain customer records across multiple systems. Diagnose and resolve customer issues while identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, Accounting, Technical Support, and other internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining quality and service-level expectations. Recommend relevant products, services, or upgrades when appropriate to enhance the customer experience. Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately. Contribute ideas for process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Support additional operational and customer service initiatives as needed. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of customer service, customer support, call center, order processing, customer success, or related experience. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-system environment. Proficiency with CRM platforms, customer support software, and business applications. Strong data entry and documentation skills. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to work a full-time schedule of 9:00AM - 5:30PM Eastern Time (Monday-Friday) . Preferred Experience supporting customers through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
