Job description About the Role: MVD Express is looking for a motivated and friendly Contact Center Representative to join our team! This position plays a vital role in supporting customers over the phone and through chat , so we’re looking for candidates who have excellent verbal and written communication skills , including strong spelling and grammar . If you enjoy helping people, pick things up quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
