• Weekday day: 6:45am - 6pm, night: 4:30pm - 8:30am
• 10 - 20 patients per 24-hour call period
• Inpatient pediatric critical care unit
• In-house call coverage with 1:8 ratio
• Central lines, arterial lines, intubation required
• Ongoing assignment with ASAP start availability
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
