We are hiring in North Houston! Seeking Field Hands immediately!

Assist field crews with daily operations by supporting equipment, materials, and job site activities. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety while working in outdoor environments.

Pay DOE $16-$18/hr.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.

Essential Duties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Assist with rig equipment setup, operation, and relocation.
• Use hand and power tools safely and properly.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Operate company vehicles and complete inspections when required.
• Move, load, and organize materials, tools, and supplies.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Prepare and mix job materials as directed.
• Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
• Participate in on-call or after-hours work when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous construction, industrial, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.

Must be able to interview and start right away.
