Maintenance Technician
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)

Requirements: 1+ years of maintenance experience or technical certificate; working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry; ability to lift 50 lbs.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance. You will work as an essential Building Maintenance Mechanic to ensure facilities stay safe and fully operational.
- Complete minor plumbing (toilets, sinks), electrical (switches, breakers, ballasts), and HVAC (filters, belts) repairs.
- Execute general carpentry, basic structural fixes, drywall prep, and painting tasks.
- Work as a skilled Facilities Maintenance Tech to resolve assigned work orders, update records, and maintain the company vehicle.
- Assist with safety hazards, follow Lockout/Tagout procedures, and participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate or 1+ years of maintenance experience.
- Hands-on working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
- Ability to safely carry and climb ladders, use standard hand/power tools, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license to operate and maintain company vehicles.
