TITLE I TEACHER - MATH

Everything we do is designed to provide a future‑ready, student‑centered learning experience for every child. Job Summary This assignment is for the 2026 - 2027 School Year only. Position is federally funded. The Title I teacher promotes and develops successful students and performs related duties in accordance with Federal Title I guidelines and District policies. Responsibilities Strong background in teaching reading. Teach small groups of children using Title I resources. Use a variety of assessments to identify students for placement into the Title I program and to monitor their progress throughout the year. Work cooperatively with classroom teachers. Confer with teachers and parents regarding student progress. Complete all reports and records required by Title I. Attend and participate in Title I trainings and meetings. Qualifications 4‑9 or 7‑12 Math licensure. Must meet Highly Qualified Status criteria. Working Conditions 7.75 hours per day, 5 days per week, and 184 days on a school year calendar. Additional Information Applicants offered positions will be required to submit to an FBI/BCII criminal background check. Candidates may be hired on an expiring contract as a one‑year Long Term Substitute.
