- Operations Automation Consultant – Capital MarketsApply**Job#: 3036016****Job Description:****Client:** Financial Services**Team:** Institutional Investment Banking Operations**Job Title:** Operations Automation Consultant – Capital Markets**Location:** Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week**Contract Length:** 6 months**Rate:** $38-40/hr**Top Requirements:**Strong hands-on experience with AlteryxExperience with XceptorExperience with Power AppsBackground within Investment Banking / Capital Markets OperationsExperience supporting automation and operational transformation initiativesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills**Plusses:**Securities Operations experienceFunding Operations exposureMiddle Office operations backgroundFX Operations experienceRegulatory Reporting exposureAI or advanced analytics experienceOperational risk / controls experience**Job Summary:**The Institutional Investment Banking Operations team is seeking an Operations Automation Consultant to support operational transformation and process automation initiatives across a highly regulated banking environment.This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and supporting scalable automation solutions across trade processing, settlements, custody, reconciliations, and funding operations.Candidates should bring strong hands-on experience with Alteryx, Xceptor, and Power Apps along with a solid operational background within Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills are important as this role partners closely with Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.The ideal candidate is someone who understands operational workflows within banking environments and can identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and control enhancement while helping drive operational excellence initiatives across the organization. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
