Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct virtual initial assessments to evaluate client needs and establish comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. You will provide support to those grappling with issues such as relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, emotional distress, and life transitions. Your ability to develop rapport and trust with clients will be essential for fostering healing and growth.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting.

  • Proven experience in providing marriage and family therapy to a wide range of populations.

  • Familiarity with diagnostic assessment and treatment planning using the DSM-5 framework.
