Regional CDL-A Truck Driver

Role Regional CDL‑A Driver responsible for intermodal freight transportation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Operate trucks under an activity‑based pay plan, handle drop and hook freight, live load/unload stops, and cross‑town moves. Ensure timely deliveries, maintain safety standards, and adhere to company policies. Participate in safety training, manage on‑site tasks, and utilize provided resources for efficient operations. Qualifications & Skills Valid CDL‑A license, strong work ethic, safety focus, ability to perform various driving and loading tasks. Prior experience in intermodal or freight transportation is preferred. Key Duties Drive and navigate assigned routes, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and ensure cargo safety. Accurately record hours and activities, and communicate effectively with management. Maintain vehicle appearance and report mechanical issues promptly. Benefits & Compensation Average annual pay of $80,000, with per‑mile and activity‑based incentives, detention, layover, safety, and other pay components.
