Kelly is hiring a Sanitation/Prep Worker on behalf of a food processing plant. 

Pay: $20/hr.

Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00am – 3:30pm

What You'll Do
As a Sanitation / Prep Worker, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning production areas, buildings, and equipment
• Completing scheduled sanitation tasks and documenting completed work
• Shoveling, sweeping, brushing, and general cleanup
• Helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all plant safety procedures
• Working independently while also supporting the team when needed
• Completing required plant and contractor training

What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable team members who:

• Take safety and cleanliness seriously
• Can follow written procedures and instructions
• Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work
• Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Can handle physical work throughout the shift

Work Environment
This is an active manufacturing environment. The position may involve:

• Dust and varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions
• Loud machinery
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and physical activity
• Using stairs and man elevators as needed
• Wearing required PPE, including steel-toe boots, hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, and gloves
