Promotes an exceptional patient experience through effective communication with patients, families, and visitors, including hourly rounding.Utilizes appropriate techniques, verbiage, and resources in all interactions with patients to their level of understanding.Communicates effectively with the interdisciplinary team, completing thorough hand-off communication in all situations.
