Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Position Overview

• 100% outpatient primary care for adult patients (18+) in a well-established practice

• Located in Bristol, Connecticut " community-based setting 30 minutes from Hartford and New Haven

• Team-based model with strong clinical support and coordinated care

• Innovative tools, including EPIC EMR and Ambient AI, to enhance patient-centered care

Schedule & Call

• Full-time weekday schedule; ask about a 4-day work week

• No inpatient responsibilities

• Phone call only:

  • Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year

  • Approximately 1 weeknight every 2 months

Academic & Teaching

• Optional teaching opportunities

• Faculty appointment available for interested physicians

• Opportunity to mentor learners while maintaining a robust outpatient practice
