You'll also support full-lifecycle recruitment across the organization by creating proactive sourcing plans and managing entry- to mid-level roles. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.ResponsibilitiesAs our Recruiter, you will:Assist our Sr. Recruiter with university recruiting by planning, attending, and representing the company at campus recruiting events, career fairs, and informational sessions.Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract well-qualified candidates, including all activities associated with sourcing, screening, and client management for both active and passive candidates.Oversee all offers, negotiations, closings, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent, build a network of candidates, and cultivate employee referral leads.Collaborate closely with managers at all levels to align job requirements, drive recruiting momentum, ensure hiring efficacy, and maintain time-to-fill efficiency.These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable.
