Who We're Looking For This program is designed for two groups of people: Skilled tradespeople seeking a career change — with hands-on experience in construction, automotive, handyman, manufacturing, or a similar field Veterans transitioning to civilian employment — of any branch, with technical, mechanical, electrical, construction, or maintenance experience No property management experience required. If you're reliable, motivated, and ready to learn, you're who we're looking for.
