This on-site, contract position offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a Locum Cardiology specialist, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality medical services that positively impact our patients' lives. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of cardiovascular patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide medical decision-making.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Participate in case discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current with advancements in cardiology and related fields.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Valid medical license to practice in Dublin, Ireland.
Previous experience or training in Cardiology is preferred.
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Schedule: 24-hour ER call shifts

Case Types: Diagnostic caths, TEEs, echoes, nuclear and treadmill stress tests, etc

Average Daily Procedures: 3-5 stress tests, 2 TEEs, 3-5 caths, 10 echos

Support Staff: RN, NP, etc.

EMR: eCW, Meditech, and PK

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
