PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT ANALYST SENIOR - WEALTH SALES PERFORMANCE AND INCENTIVESWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Private Bank & Wealth Management division is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Sales Performance Analytics and Compensation Incentives Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop deep expertise in financial analytics, sales performance measurement, and incentive compensation plan administration. As a key member of the analytics team, you will work closely with the Manager, assisting with day-to-day operations and gradually expanding responsibilities to support the division during peak periods and manager absences. This role involves both analytical and operational responsibilities: analyzing sales performance across business units, supporting the design and delivery of performance reporting, and directly assisting with incentive compensation plan administration. You will work with the Private Banking Wealth Management executive leadership team, supporting their decision-making with timely, accurate, and insightful reporting.WHAT WILL YOU DO? Analytics & ReportingDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure sales performance, productivity, and profitability across business units and client-facing rolesIntegrate and validate data from multiple systems (CRM, financial platforms, etc.) to create coherent datasets for analysisProduce routine performance reports, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses for division leadership, regional managers, and individual contributorsAnalyze trends, identify discrepancies, and research root causes; recommend solutions to managementAssist in creating and maintaining performance management reporting at division and regional levelsSupport the Manager in designing new reports and refining existing ones based on stakeholder feedbackIncentive Compensation SupportAssist with the design and administration of incentive compensation plans across business unitsSupport the creation of manager and individual colleague scorecards and performance tracking reportsHelp manage and execute the incentive reporting process, including reconciliations and audit supportParticipate in issues resolution related to compensation calculations and reportingSupport the annual budget development, goal-setting process, and year-end compensation activitiesAssist with internal and external audits (OCC, etc.) by preparing reports and documentationTechnical & Operational DutiesManage data integration workflows, including writing and optimizing SQL queries and leveraging Snowflake for data extraction and transformationCreate advanced Excel tools including complex formulas, macros, and PivotTables for data analysis and reportingBuild and maintain visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or similar BI toolsSupport vendor and application management related to analytics responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all Bank Operational and Credit policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standardsServe as deputy to the Manager, stepping in to manage ongoing operations during absences or peak periodsCollaboration & DevelopmentPartner with the Manager and analytics team to understand stakeholder needs and deliver requested analysesCollaborate with regional managers, finance partners, and HR Compensation to support incentive plan executionDevelop technical and analytical capabilities while building knowledge of the Private Banking Wealth businessContribute to team projects and initiatives that enhance analytics capabilitiesWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must-Have RequirementsMinimum of 5+ years of financial analysis experience and/or sales analysis experience, with demonstrated success in a professional analytical roleMinimum of 2+ years of sales performance reporting and/or compensation analytics experience (preferred 3+ years)Minimum of 3+ years of advanced Excel experience, including demonstrated proficiency with complex formulas, macros, PivotTables, and other advanced data manipulation techniquesMinimum of 1+ years working with SQL or other advanced database query tools (SQL, Snowflake, Python, or Alteryx preferred)Experience running or supporting incentive compensation plans or sales compensation programs is a strong plusBanking or financial services industry experience preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and mathematical skills; comfort working with large datasets and complex analysesHands-on proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce CRM Analytics, or similar business intelligence toolsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and related financial systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights for various audiencesDemonstrated ability to identify root causes, research issues, and engage partners in problem-solvingStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven project planning and coordination skillsPersonal AttributesGrowth mindset with strong desire to develop expertise in compensation analytics and sales performance measurementDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughCollaborative and service-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentAbility to manage sensitive compensation and performance data with confidentiality and professionalismWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?CompensationStarting base salary: $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
