Position: Associate Dentist

We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care to the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% being adults (varies by location)
• An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

• A guaranteed base salary of $900 per day with unlimited earning potential (based on experience and start date), ranging from $230,000 to $350,000.
• A sign-on bonus of up to $30,000.

Qualifications

We expect you to possess:

• A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure.
• Any additional required certifications, such as CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
