Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-5:30PM / Saturdays 7AM-12:30PM - As Scheduled.
Service Support Staff
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Service Drive Greeter to join our team at Toyota of Hattiesburg. This individual will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers as they arrive for service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, ensuring that each customer feels valued and appreciated. This is an entry level position that has advancement opportunities into a career within the service department.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive with a warm, and friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with check-in for service appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure timely communication and seamless service experiences.
- Checking battery voltage and air filters
- Filling tires with air
- Moving vehicles around the lot.
- Driving the Shuttle Van to drop off and pick up customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized service drive area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications.
