Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly by performing various tasks related to order fulfillment, quality control, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Mark and label containers, tags, or products for easy identification.
Measure, weigh, and count products/materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
Conduct inspections to ensure packing specifications are met and perform quality control checks.
Record product, packaging, and order details on specified forms.
Safely seal containers and materials using tools and adhesives.
Load materials and products into processing equipment for shipment.
Assemble and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, containers, and materials.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Dependable, reliable, and able to follow basic instructions.
Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
Ability to execute tasks with attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs.
Capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or lifting throughout the shift.
