Now is the time to bring your expertise to a W2 role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As an Associate Technician W2 with Insight, you will perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

As an Associate Technician W2, you will get to:

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.  

• Support the IT team in managing network configurations and ensuring optimal performance.  

• Help with the installation and updating of software applications.  

• Maintain an organized and clean lab environment.

We are looking for an Associate Technician W2 with:

• Basic understanding of computer systems and networks.  

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
