Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Delhi. The Lawyer will handle legal research, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents, including contracts, opinions, and pleadings. Daily responsibilities include advising clients, preparing case strategies, attending client meetings, coordinating with external stakeholders, and appearing before relevant legal forums as required. The role also involves working closely with senior lawyers on matters related to land acquisition, arbitration, infrastructure, and intellectual property. The Lawyer is expected to manage assigned files, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong legal research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in legal drafting and reviewing agreements, pleadings, opinions, and transactional documents. Experience or academic focus in areas such as arbitration, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, land acquisition, or intellectual property rights. Effective client communication and advisory skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, practical terms. Solid case management and organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Ability to collaborate within a team-based environment and work under time-sensitive conditions. LL.B. or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution; enrollment with the relevant Bar Council or eligibility to practice law. Prior law firm or in-house experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt to diverse practice areas is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
