Our team strives to serve fresh and high-quality food at a great value to our guests and we do so with Smiling Hospitality in a comfortable environment. Job Responsibilities
Team Members with a Morning Prep/Opener focus are key to supporting the daily operations of Eastcut. You will participate in a variety of activities: opening the premises, food receiving, prepping, washing, and cleaning.

Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant
Job Requirements:
Must have experience with high volume preparation and be able to work at a vigorous pace with or without supervision
Ability to work with variety of ingredients not limited to meat, poultry, produce, and items containing major allergen groups with or without accommodation
Must be able to reliably open the premises without intervention
Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented; strive for excellence in all things
Ability to be regularly present for scheduled shifts
Ability to regularly lift 50lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate effectively and regularly
Ability to occasionally work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time
Must be 18 years or older
