This is a developmental position; GS 11 target 12.

Manages the timely and accurate receipt and distribution of funds.

Provides advice and expert level guidance on accounting policies and other related fiscal matters.

Responsible for conducting research, analysis and development of courses of action for program and budget formulation, justification and execution issues.

Prepares and presents a variety of statistical reports and briefings covering program development, status of funds, expenses and obligations as required by higher headquarters.
