North Shore Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to deliver high-quality nursing care in the IMCU/Step-down unit. You will assess, plan, and implement patient care while maintaining safety and comfort, under physician supervision and RN oversight. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, collaboration with the care team, and ongoing participation in quality improvement initiatives.
