Job Description

Tommy's Express Car Wash operates express car wash locations with a focus on delivering high-quality wash services, strong customer service, and smooth, team-oriented operations. This is a customer-facing environment where consistency, energy, and attention to service standards help create a positive experience for every guest.

As a Shift Leader, you will help set the tone for the day by keeping operations running smoothly and supporting a strong service culture on the ground. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys leading by example, staying engaged with both customers and team members, and helping drive a fast-paced operation toward daily goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shift operations and ensure smooth customer service delivery.
Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and service quality standards.
Lead, coach, and support team members throughout each scheduled shift.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Comfortable coaching frontline team members and handling guest concerns or service recovery during a shift.
Able to remain on your feet for the full shift.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality.
Experience helping drive sales.
Team leadership experience.
