Job Summary
- Consistently provide friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality
- Prepare quality products while maintaining food safety practices
- Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and honesty
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance
Essential Functions
- Handle guest comments promptly and courteously
- Maintain proper food safety practices and portion control
- Display a can-do attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Follow established restaurant practices and procedures
- Perform primary and secondary responsibilities accurately
Qualifications
- Friendly with an engaging, outgoing personality
- Guest-focused with meaningful interaction skills
- Strong communication skills for a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods without sitting
- Walk fast-paced during shifts
- Lift/carry items as needed
