Outside Sales Executive

VF Financial Group is seeking individuals who want to make a difference in their communities selling industry leading product s. We are a rapidly organic growing company, expanding throughout Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and surrounding areas. If making a difference is important to you then sell a product that really matters. Day to Day:
- Marketing our product to business owners and their employees.
- Face to face sales.
- Flexible schedule after the first six months.
- No overnight travel required.
Pay Structure:
- 1st year Sales Professionals earn $60,000 to $120,000
- 2nd year Sales Professionals and beyond earn $80,000 to unlimited
- Monthly bonus structure
- Company paid incentive trip
- Residual income
Training:
- Classroom training, field training, webinar training and continued mentorship weekly.
- Time tested sales process dating back to 1900.
- Leadership opportunities available.
Our sales professionals come from all different backgrounds and all walks of life. No sales experience is necessary.
