The T.E.A. Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Assistant to help keep our afternoons running smoothly! Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: * Give families, visitors, and staff a warm welcome that makes them feel right at home. * ☎️ Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and help direct questions to the right person. * Keep daily information, records, and front desk tasks organized and up to date. * Assist with messages, emails, and other administrative tasks. * Help parents and visitors navigate their questions and connect with the right team members. * Keep the front desk running smoothly, even when several things happen at once! * Bring positive energy, patience, and a helpful attitude to every interaction. Are You Our Front Desk Superstar? We're looking for someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable communicating with parents and colleagues. Basic computer skills, good organization, and a willingness to learn are important. Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus!
