Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: Livermore, CA
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Full-Time, Onsite
Temporary (Approximately 4-6 Months) 

We are actively seeking a Contract Recruiter to join a fast-paced advanced manufacturing and operations-focused organization. In this hands-on recruiting role, you will help drive hiring initiatives by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for a variety of operational and technical positions. If you enjoy building relationships, creating talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring leaders to solve workforce challenges, this opportunity offers a chance to make an immediate impact.To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, logistics, industrial, warehouse, or similar work environments preferred.
• Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and candidate management platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing capabilities across job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and social media channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging approach.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support current and future hiring objectives.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and target candidate profiles.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through a variety of recruiting and networking channels.
• Create compelling outreach campaigns designed to attract qualified talent.
• Maintain and grow talent pipelines for anticipated workforce needs.
• Represent the organization professionally and positively throughout all candidate interactions.
• Leverage sourcing tools, recruiting technologies, and ATS platforms to manage candidate activity effectively.
• Monitor recruiting and sourcing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support employee referral initiatives and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with recruiting-related projects while ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hiring activities.
